Visitor Centre Room Hire

Our beautiful meeting room is available to hire between 09.00 and 21.30 for meetings and small scale activities. Prices start from £15 per hour for local residents and charities. The 30 square metre room can seat fourteen people at a table or provide theatre style seating for twenty people. It provides fantastic assess to the Park, is fully accessible and has a large toilet. Free parking and Wi-Fi is available.

The meeting room has been used for many things including all manner of training courses, talks, mindfulness sessions, yoga, meetings, and even a polling station!

Kitchen facilities are also available, but we’ve partnered with local private caterer FOOD by Elena who uses high quality, ethically sourced ingredients to create her culinary delights. She looks forward to working with all our clients to deliver exactly what they’re after, from tempting grazing tables to colourful buffet spreads or elegant afternoon teas.

Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for parties in the Visitor Centre, but please consider using the Highfield Pavilion.
