Nature Talk and Walk: Native trees – and what feeds on them

This event will begin with a short talk in our Visitor Centre highlighting easy ways to identify a range of native trees found in the park. Following the talk, attendees will have the opportunity to go on a guided walk to practise identifying native trees in the park and to examine what feeds on them (from the small to the large).

The event is part of out Spring–Summer 2019 programme of ‘Nature Talks and Walks’.

Who is this event for?

This event is suitable for adults, as well as accompanied teenagers who are looking to learn more about the natural world. No prior knowledge is required.

Do you need a ticket?

You need to book a ticket in order to attend because space is limited in our Visitor Centre, and there is a small charge for tickets that will go to support the park’s charitable aims.

What to bring

No equipment is needed, but please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear.
