Nine participants and two dogs went on the Autumn Colours Photography Walk on Sunday 30th September.
A wide variety of abilities and equipment was catered for, an iPhone, then a mix of compacts and DSLRs. Austin Guest, a Trustee of Highfield Park was on hand to give advice and demonstate how the change of settings on the equipment can enhance the picture quality.
Thank you to everyone who turned up for the Autumn Colours photography walk on that sunny Sunday morning. An enjoyable two hours seeking out photo opportunities throughout the park, snapping diverse features including the pond, Cell Barnes Orchard, the woodlands and the Mediterranean Garden.
A display of pictures were shown at the Apple Day event the following Sunday.
The next photo walk will be a bluebell walk in the spring.
