There are also some Google Earth Maps to have some fun with. There are three images, Hill End Hospital site, Cell Barnes Hospital site and one of both areas.  The old hospital maps have been overlaid on Google Earth images.

Download the KMZ files to your computer to load into Google Earth. Click on the icon to download.

Once the map has loaded adjust the opacity to view the two maps, as indicated below (click on the box and adjust the slider).  .  This will allow you to view the maps one through the other.
