Highfield Helpers

Highfield Helpers is a great way to get fit for free and help with the upkeep of the Park. 

No expensive gym memberships, no lycra clothes needed -  just comfortable old clothes, get to meet new people, no experience needed, help the environment and support a charity.

Every Tuesday

Starting at 9.30am

Finishing 4pm, if you plan to stay all day please bring a packed lunch

Meet at either West Lodge or meet at the location given below.
