School Visits

The Park has lots to offer and would make an excellent outdoor classroom, for science, art and design, citzenship lessons. There are two orchards, two ponds, woodland, grassland which due to differing management contain various wildflowers and grasses, various gardens, boules courts, playing fields, plus it is thought that there are over 40 different types of trees in the Park, which the Tree Trail leaflet focuses upon. The Pavilion makes an excellent base in a quiet but central area of the Park, with two sets of toilets, kitchen and private car park. Contact the Trust to discuss your schools requirements.

The Trust is also hoping to be able to offer Winchfield Wood as a venue for Forest School sessions.  If you are interest in using the wood, please contact the Trust.
